Attic mold growth is common in Ohio. It grows when roof leaks or attic ventiliation issues are present. Appears most often as white, yellow, and grey/black mold.
Removal and Prevention
We follow national guidelines and physically remove mold growth from your attic surfaces. Then we can apply EPA registered cleaners, and provide ongoing protection with EPA registered antifungal coatings.
Ventilation Issues
Properly vented attic spaces will prevent moisture build up in the attic, and control temperature. Temperature differentials with the attic and outside air can cause condensation and mold growth.
